An intensive experimental marine aquaculture set up for collecting raw data for Ecological modeling of growth and nutrient dynamics of IMTA under physical variables in Stella software with collaboration between Oceanography lab, CVASU, Bangladesh and ZMT, Bremen, Germany.

- Mechanistic process-based modeling. Have started working with the “Spatial Ecology and Interactions” and “Ecosystem Dynamics and Resource Sustainability” working groups at ZMT. As a part of ecological modeling, STELLA software is applied to Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture to optimize species interactions with biomass and nutrient flux like dissolved inorganic nutrients and suspended solid matter under physical drivers.
